I will do my best to make this healthy, tasty, but wise. I'm fortunate enough to have Finnish and Hungarian background from my parents, so along with my Canadian upbringing maybe I can add some of my recipes to give a different taste into the works.

I usually use non-pasteurized honey, but it is your choice. I add the small amount of margarine because it seems to stabilize the spread and you don't have to add any on your toast when using. A special Sunday morning treat. Submitted by BARBARA-ANNE
Not a no sodium recipe, but seriously reduced by the use of no sal tadded tomatoes and kidney beans preapred from dry with no salt added.

Filled with Potassium, and Vitamins A and C, this salad is an excellent lunch paired with yogurt or as a side dish for dinner. This is a good dish to bring to potluck gatherings and will always be a hit!Submitted by SWTOGIRL
