Hello. I am on my way to being healthy. Only thing is, we gotta eat right?! I am putting my favorite recipe's or recipe's that look like they will be delicious to help me along the way. Who knows, maybe they will help you too! They are what I consider to be healthy, and tasty. Can't beat that!

Cookbook creator says: I switched the original recipe up a bit. I put tomatoes with chili's plus diced tomatoes(flavored), I added creamed corn, whole kernaled. I used Meat flavored spagetti sauce(cup and half). Ground Chuck beef, instead of chicken. I will try the original next time. I do want to try it with broth.

Cookbook creator says: I will change this up just a touch. I would use lime, not lemon. Also low carb tortilla's rather than the regular. I would personally omit the cheese to save on fat.
