I love to eat!!! Although I am cutting down on carbs, when I crave something, I eat it...WITHIN REASON!!! As soon as I tell myself I'm not going to eat something, that's all I want! So I reasonably tried to satisfy the craving and MOVE ON. My DH has been a great sport trying different things :)!

I sampled this at Central Market. It was amazing!! They gave out the recipe. If you don't add bread crumbs it goes from 44 carbs to 25 carbs. Not exactly super healthy but sooooo good!Submitted by JILLYPEPPER67
Okay, they're not the no-bake cookies we're all used to, but when you have a sweet tooth that just won't go away, these are a helpful alternative.

Can also be made without powdered sugar, if you're worried about the mess.

I wasn't feeling well one day. I saw this recipe in Redbook Magazine. I fixed it leaving out the parsnips because I had none on hand and to cut down on salt I didn't add the salt. I felt better the next day. Submitted by REEDSKI
