Make this ahead of time and then refrigerate for a quick, protein-packed breakfast that's also portion-controlled. Top with salsa (optional) and serve with toast for a complete breakfast.Submitted by COACH_NICOLE
This quick and healthy side dish takes just minutes to prepare! And as a bonus, it's an easy way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. (And if you don't like using butter spray, you could melt a few pats of butter and brush the butter on with a pastry brush - whatever your preference!)Submitted by MATCM81
If you love brussel sprouts (or even if you don't!) you'll love them prepared using this technique! I saw this on "Take Home Chef." The brussel sprouts turn out firm and, by caramilizing them, they have a very unique flavour.Submitted by TNKFEHR
Healthy breakfast on the go, anyone?
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together banana, Truvia, egg substitute, and vanilla. Stir in the yogurt (I've used applesauce when out of yogurt as well). Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Submitted by HSLINK
