These are DELICIOUS!!!! They are large, and the big raisins really deliver a sweet burst when you bite into them. You could also use all black raisins for a traditional oatmeal raisin cookie, but I had these raisins in the cabinet and decided to give it a try. The colors in the raisins make them more attractive. Also, you could probably reduce the Splenda by ½ only using ¼ cup because these cookies are very sweet! They are chewy and delicious! I never thought I could make a home made mushroom soup that would be as good as the canned one I love, but I did, and actually it's much better! Real stock makes all the difference. 232 calories. Great for lunch for 2.Submitted by ARIELLEKELLY
