Cookbook creator says: Good, but is very time intensive. I added 1T of Tasbasco, parsley, and used 2c. low sodium chicken broth and 2c. low sodium vegetable broth instead of the water. Also, 2c. nonfat milk rather than 2%.

Cookbook creator says: This is very good! I too added dairy (yogurt) to make it creamy; however you could add 1/4 c. LF sour cream.
Tried this one today and love it! I added dry, non-fat milk and cornstarch to make it a creamy mushroom soup as well. My husband says this is one to keep and make again.

Cookbook creator says: i used med. mango salsa for a spicier sauce, added a small onion and garlic chunks.
