Tomato-Basil Aioli

Traditionally, aioli is a garlicky sauce made with olive oil and egg yolks--a fancy mayonnaise. Outside of French or Spanish cooking, the definition has loosened, and it has come to refer to any souped-up mayo. Our "aioli" contains no mayo, egg yolks, or oil; instead, its creaminess comes from Greek yogurt.
