This is basically pancake mix in a muffin tin, with a bite of a sausage link cooked inside. We REALLY liked these. ( I saw the commercial for that Pancake Puff pan, and got the idea from that. Why spend $20 when you can throw it into a muffin tin!) Submitted by WANT2BEFITBY40
My family just *won't* eat bananas with spots on them at all.....so I came up with this quick recipe one morning and took them to work with me. My co-workers devoured them before even getting back to their desks!

A super easy mix to put together and store so you can make muffins easily and for very low cost and calories! I make the mix about once a month and then store it in a big #10 can (the size of a large coffee can) with a lid.
