After reading The Fat Fallacy, I am changing my eating and going radical--full fat dairy, good oils and nuts...done the French way, no more worrying about low-carb, low-fat. Pseudo-foods are out!

add all ingredients except bacon and parsley to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Just before serving add the parsley to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
