This hummus and feta wrap is so quick and easy if you store pre-cut vegetables in your fridge. It is a great, lowfat, heart healthy lunch!
I modified this from the Ellen Show (10-05-10). Made it for the Superbowl and put it out with the "other" queso. It ran out first. It's a great faux cheese for nachos. The uses are endless. You can add anything to it... Don't forget to add your chips to your tracker. ;-)Submitted by AMBER353

Here is the whole recipe from ATK on television and published in Cook's Illustrated Magazine. The only change I made is that I use Splenda in the filling rather than sugar.I make this occasionally as a very special treat for my sweet-tooth afflicted husband. This version uses stevia sweetener. You can adjust the amount to suit your sweet tooth. This is what mine called for.You may need more, and it won't affect your sugar level.
