Here is a lovely vinaigrette that I have come across during my travels in France and perfected myself. It's definitely tangy and fresh. If you love garlic this vinaigrette is perfect. This is my basic salad dressing recipe, taught to me by a good friend from France. You can change out the oil or vinegar type, add light mayo to make a creamier dressing, use sugar or Splenda instead of honey, add garlic or shallot to give it more of a bite, switch vinegar out for lemon or lime juice, etc. Basic and versatile.Submitted by ALFORSTER
