Forgot to add Italian seasoning as suggested and should have cooked at a lower temp so the outside would take longer to brown and give the cheese more of a chance to melt. Went well with whole wheat bun, lite mayo (miracle whip.. i don't usually do this on burgers, but I like it with the turkey burger) and the usual burger toppings!
