This is one hearty portion serving for those of you like me out there who like to have a big breakfast to start my day off right and leave me filled with energy most of the day. Not to mention it is DELICIOUS!!!!!Submitted by JANNERS1980
This quick and healthy side dish takes just minutes to prepare! And as a bonus, it's an easy way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. (And if you don't like using butter spray, you could melt a few pats of butter and brush the butter on with a pastry brush - whatever your preference!)Submitted by MATCM81
I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
I love apple pie, deep dish apple pie, Dutch Apple pie and apple sauce, but none of the store bought items fit in my diet. So, I made a combination of all of them only without the sugar, starch or fat. I love my apples this way and have already shared the receipt with many friends. The picture shows the apple mixture on top of Eggo Waffles and fat free cream cheese, My favorite Sunday Brunch.Submitted by HARRINGTON5
These are large, very moist apple-cinnamon muffins perfect for a busy school day. You don't even have to tell the kids that there are beans in them - and you don't have to believe that they're low fat and protein filled, either!Submitted by JO_JO_BA
This is a modified version of a spinach quiche recipe that I got off the back of a package of Knorr's Vegetable soup mix. The orignal recipe calls for a pie crust instead of sausage. I like this version for the added protein from the sausage.Submitted by DWAN1969
Who can resist thick, creamy decadent cheesecake? Try this low-fat version in the single-serving size.
It's not just boring broccoli and cheese . . .
You've never used ramen noodles like this before.
