Instead of white sugar this recipe uses molasses, which adds iron. Contains a lot of healthy ingredients and no eggs, as one of my daughters was allergic as a baby. I formulated this for the babies at first, but I'm addicted to it! All my friends love these muffins.Submitted by PLANETJANET23
A little protein (~5g per bar) and plenty of energy-providing fat and carbs make these a well balanced meal replacement. They have fair amounts of potassium, vitamin E and magnesium too. These are my favorite breakfast right out of the freezer.Submitted by PLANETJANET23
My version of palak paneer but using tofu instead of paneer. Easier, less wasteful than making paneer, and the texture of tofu is very similar to paneer. One of my favorite dishes!
