I cook all the sausage and if any is remaining I place in an airtight container and place them in the fridge and take them out as needed...My very own Jimmy Dean sausage! You can also make small balls of sausage or take a cooked patty and crumble it on top of your homemade pizza or use the patty for a sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich. Very delicious.
