This sausage has no sodium nitrate or msg because it is homemade. I cook all the sausage and if any is remaining I place in an airtight container and place them in the fridge and take them out as needed...My very own Jimmy Dean sausage! You can also make small balls of sausage or take a cooked patty and crumble it on top of your homemade pizza or use the patty for a sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich. Very delicious. This is an alteration to a great waffle recipe on SP, but with much less fat! Made with skim milk, they are light and fluffy on the inside.

A quick prep instant oatmeal packet. Great alternative to the store bought ones. I make a weeks worth of packets in ziplock bags, then just add water and microwave when I'm ready to eat. Depending on personal preference, you can substitute raisins, nuts, even frozen berries. Submitted by ROSELYNN_7
