Slice cucumbers very thin. Slice onions thin, they are optional. Soak cucumbers in cider vinegar just barely cover them. Soak for at least 1 hour. They longer they soak the stronger the flavor. Drain. Add a couple of dollops of plain yogurt or sour cream until they are at desired consistency. Keep refrigerated. ENJOY!Submitted by LIONESS822
