Surprisingly moist and delicious use of that bag of apples you have laying around every Fall! I haven't tried using all applesauce instead of the oil, but that could work though bake time/temp may need adjusting.

This cake begs to have fat free caramel drizzled over top, or whipped cream, or anything really. The original recipes calls for a cooked butter/sugar/cream mixtured spooned over top, but it's frighteningly calorie-laden.Submitted by NIGHTFALL
