This is an easy but elegant appetizer or use on a relish tray. The ruby arils look so pretty on top of the celery. These three ingredients go very well together! I came up with tonight to serve as a side with our soup.Submitted by ROSEHIP:-)
When you're craving something crunchy but don't want the added fat, whip up a batch of these chips. You will not need any special equipment for this recipe, just a couple of brown paper bags.
My Sister brought this recipe for many holidays in the past and I wanted to "make it over" so I could enjoy it now that I survived my heart attack. This is a double recipe, cut ingredients in half to make a smaller cheese ring. This looks beautiful with a piece of holly on one side for Christmas and use red raspberry jam or strawberry preserves instead of blackberry.Submitted by KABOOCITYZOO
This recipe was my Grandma's. She rolled it into a ball and rolled it in crushed walnuts before putting it on the table. I don't bother with the nuts. Also, one box of Ritz crackers (4 sleeves) is the perfect size for this cheese ball. Add more minced garlic if you like garlic. The cheese ball tastes better if you let it blend overnight in the refrigerator, but it can also be eaten after you mix it. :-)Submitted by TSPRAGUE1
These are delicious and very easy to make. Good for last minute get togethers.
Original recipe calls for cream cheese and cooked bacon, but this version cuts out 30 calories per serving.

Make these rolls at night and pop them in the microwave (about 20 seconds) or toaster oven (on low) until warm. Pair them with a banana or apple, a peeled hard-boiled egg, and a cup of milk, and breakfast is ready to go in two minutes flat! Submitted by CHEF_MEG
