Delicious improvement to my last gluten free cornbread! Used Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix. Very Easy: half a cup each of mix, milk, cornmeal, 1/8c each oil & syrup. Not airy or cake-like. Perfect cornbread consistency. See Tips if you don't have baking mix.
