A sauce which goes well on the Fuhrman Spinach quiche. If you plan that, have 1/2 serving quiche. top with a serving of sauce. Serve with Veg salad with avocado SD tomato dressing, and a fruit slush dessert.Submitted by BRAVELUTE

This is a makeover of ETL recipe: Pasta with Brussels Sprouts and Blue Cheese. I have substituted beans for the pasta. You could also substitute rice. I usually don't have white miso paste, and the brown tastes very good in its place.Submitted by BRAVELUTE
