Looks like a mini cake, chews like a cookie. So they are very versatile. It is very possible to use whatever nut & seed meals you have to make the 4 cups of "flours." But don't skip the coconut flour!! The small amount gives the tea cake the flavor of a macaroon which intensifies as time goes by in storage. Can you tell I love this recipe?Submitted by BRAVELUTE

This recipe makes 3 eggs instead of 3.5, and computes nutrition based on 8 servings. (original WB recipe sugested 6 - 8 servings. However, 16 oz cream cheese would usually be 16 servings in most calculations. So is you cut that small, divide calories etc. in half.Submitted by BRAVELUTE
