This gravy is so good and good for you. It has NO meat or meat juices. It is made from all veggies. Makes enough to go with 5 1/2 cups of rice. You can use it on potatoes too. It's a lot of veggie and little juice or gravy.Submitted by FAYEGLORY
THIS MAKE 3 CUPS AND 1/2 CUP EACH SERVING. THIS IS VERY GOOD ON TWO SLICES WHOLE WHEAT (LITE) TOASTED BREAD. ADD SOME LETTUCE AND SLICE OF TOMATO AND OPEN WIDE. VERY FILLING. AND LEFT OVERS FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.Submitted by FAYEGLORY

I DIDN'T USE THE WHOLE WHEAT NOODLES, OR LOWFAT CHEESES, WHICH WOULD BRING THE CALORIES WAY DOWN IN THIS RECIPES. SO DO IT THE WAY YOU LIKE IT. THIS WAY IS 510 CALORIES i DID ONE LAYER AND 15 SERVINGS. CALORIES 510 PER SERVING.Submitted by FAYEGLORY
