I LOVE bbq sauce, well sauce in general. I've been doing the keto diet, so I needed something Low Card instead. So, I modified a recipe I made years ago for Low Sodium BBQ Sauce, and converted it to Low Carb (keto, paleo, low carb friendly)

I absolutely love these ribs. So rich in flavor and an economical cut of beef. This is a 5 star recipe if you have the time to let it cook slowly. Tip. Prepare in crock pot the night before and put to cook in the morning. Then you will come home to a delectable meal! Great with Mash Potatoes and Asparagus. Yummmy!Submitted by GILLYWEED63
