Cookbook creator says: Very yummy and filling! If you are not sure what seasonings to use, I used 2 heaping tsp ranch seasoning mix, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. My family dipped these in ranch dressing and hot sauce.

Cookbook creator says: This was so good! I used english cuke, no hot peppers, and added some salt/pepper. I used dried parsley and dill. It made alot, but I will use it to top salads. Since I just cook for myself, I cooked one on my George Foreman grill, and put the rest in the freezer for other meals.
