Modified the recipe to what I use. Recipe called for salt / I don't use it due to low sodium diet. Recipe still has 600 mg sodium per serving. I discard the egg yolks due to low cholesterol diet, which also dropped the calories a lot.Submitted by 60SIXTY

I don't think I have ever heard of this combination. I had left overs of the Surprise ingredient, and thought why not?
South Beach Friendly.Great for lunch or supper.
