Very filling and tastes great. I grill my own chicken tenderloins with a little Lime Pepper Seasoning. I love this. With the dressing it's a little high in cal. & fat, but I splurge and have a great salad as a meal, and just watch my snacking during the day.Submitted by WANT2BEFITBY40
