Cookbook creator says: Or use food processor. Put egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and 1T. oil (I used avocado oil) in bowl with metal blade. Mix 1 minute. Put 1/4 cup remaining oil in the food pusher. Pusher has one or two small holes. Oil will trickle in (the secret to a good emulsion). Add remaining oil v-e-r-y slowly.Submitted by NURSESHARON03
