Vegan pumpkin scones! Sweetened with stevia - good for diabetics and other low-sugar peeps! Nutritional information is for the basic recipe, but add 1/2c chocolate chips and 1/2c walnuts for some extra yumminess and they're only 177 calories! You can also make them with Wheat Flour instead of the White for extra fiber. Submitted by EIREANNAISLINN
