This is seriously the world's best spinach and artichoke dip! It's creamy and fairly low fat. I use low fat cream cheese, but you could use fat free. This slimmed down version of your favorite dip is easy to make--and it's light enough for you to load up on it! This can also become a decadent pasta sauce. (As a sauce, it makes 10 servings. You might need to thin it a bit with cooking water from the pasta.)
My whole family loves these! Although they may seem small (considering the size of muffin we can get in a bakery) but we always add a helping of fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Yummy!Submitted by CHICKLET14580
This quick and healthy side dish takes just minutes to prepare! And as a bonus, it's an easy way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. (And if you don't like using butter spray, you could melt a few pats of butter and brush the butter on with a pastry brush - whatever your preference!)Submitted by MATCM81
dont freak out when you see the nutritional information!!!! it is taking into account all of the ingredients as a whole. you will not be using the entire recipe all at once!!! this obviously makes more than one serving...Submitted by GEEKYGIRL502
A kickin' vegetarian pizza! It's extra good because it's made on a whole-wheat crust!Submitted by CURVES_N_CURLS
Stir-frying uses very little oil, as this dish shows.
Using lean top round, plain low-fat yogurt, and very little added salt makes this a heart-healthy dish.
