Light & Healthy Breakfast Sandwich
A filling, fast, and slimming take on a traditional breakfast samdwich. The whole wheat english muffin provides fiber and complex carbs. The egg beaters and turkey provides lots of protein and little fat ( and the natural turkey is preservative free). The salsa provides flavor that is low in calories!
To make it even lighter (save aprox 60cals) use 1 slice light wheat bread instead of the muffin and eat it open-faced style!
