Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole, a la Campbell's
I added a couple extra seasonings to this recipe from Campbell's - chili powder and seasoned salt. Just a sprinkle of each really beefs up the flavors of this casserole.
I also highly recommend trying this with long grain and wild rice, pork chops instead of chicken, golden mushroom condensed soup instead of cream of chicken...and you can really try all kinds of veggies, from corn and peas to asparagus!Submitted by: THATBRONWYNGIRL
