Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipes

This is one of our family favorites! Although it's pretty low in calories and fat (for fettuccine alfredo), it has plenty of flavor. This looks really good, too, so we make it sometimes when company comes. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

A nice twist on the normal fettuccine alfredo. Make this if you're not worried about a messy kitchen. End results are worth it. Pair with a nice side salad and some breadsticks.

Low fat version of your favorite restaraunt style chicken fettuccine alfredo without the guilt.

Substituting Mexican Creama for the traditional bechamel sauce, cuts down on the fat, calories and carbs making this a faster and easier recipe. Mexican Creama is similar to heavy cream in texture, but much lighter in flavor. I prefer to use Springer Mountain Farm organic chicken breast in the pre-portioned packs.

Although this is not low-fat. It is lower in fat and calories than the original recipe we found on the internet. I have been working with this recipe for awhile, and think I have finally gotten it down.
