Baked Herbs de Provence Chicken
This is a super yummy alternative to sauteeing chicken and onions. By placing the chicken on top of the onion while it's baking, the juices from the chicken seep down into the onion, browning and seasoning it to perfection! Even my children don't realize what a healthly receipe this is!
