Black bean brownies
They don't taste beany, but they are almost like fudge. Might need even more baking powder. I also threw in a dash of cinnamon, and few drops of hazlenut syrup.
I did have one roommate say they tasted like refried beans, but that's only because I told him the ingredient list before he ate them. Everyone who I didn't mention the black beans too commented on how rich and yummy they were!
I will admit though, this recipe needs some more tweaking. Caloric values based on tiny brownies (I cut up my pan 5x5 for 25 brownies at less than 100 calories each, if you cut 4x4 and have 16 brownies they're closer to 150 each)Submitted by: ACOUSTICKITTY
