Quick buckwheat pancake Dutch style
I wrote this up for my own tracker, but perhaps you'll also find it filling, tasty and keeping your physical energy and mental alertness solid. If you have attention issues or playing hide-and-seek with fatigue or burnout, this can make a good breakfast with the toppings of your choice. It's almost as good as the eggs-n-oats spark recipe ;)
