From 365 Easy Vegetarian Recipes. I looked at the sodium in the veggie broth after I had bought it and realized it was way high so I added 2 cups of water. A serving size is 1 cup and it makes 4 servings. You can also top the soup with unsalted dry peanuts if you need more peanut.Submitted by: KNICKI1

Indian Pudding ~ Early American Recipe

Delicious! Indian pudding is a traditional New England Thanksgiving classic. It is a baked custard named "Indian Pudding" by the early settlers because it is made with what they called "Indian meal", corn meal.
