Cabbage Stir Fry (good for eggroll stuffing)
Here is a party receipe that freezes well and then microwaves great for your lunch. It can stand alone as a meal or be a side dish. This is a huge receipe, you may considering halfing it, but I like to cook it up and freeze it when I get the vegetables. I don't add any salt because I seem to be getting too much (according to my nutritional tracer) but soy sauce can be added later too.
