I'm calling these "European" Pancakes as opposed to the ones i have come to know as American Pancakes, because mine are thin and about 8" in diameter, instead of small, thick and fluffy.
They are known all over Europe, the French call them Crepe, the Dutch Pannenkoeken and the Austrians and Czech Palatschinken.

I LOVE chicken & dumplings so when I found this I added my own spin to it and lowered the fat and calories. This is the best chicken and dumplings I've ever had which is amazing since I'm never satisfied with my cooking! You can have a full cup of this hearty comfort food for only 284 calories and 3.8 grams of fat! The sodium could be reduced if homemade biscuits are used instead of the canned biscuits, but if sodium isn't a problem this is a very fast and easy way to make chicken & dumplings!Submitted by: STEPH2003

I got this recipe from my sister and it has become a favourite dish for our family. It can be made with chicken or turkey - a GREAT recipe for leftovers.
I had some issues entering the ingredients, so I had to input 1 cup low fat cheddar cheese and 3 oz. low fat mozzarella cheese instead of 2 cups low fat marble cheese.
You can reduce the fat of this recipe by using low fat cream of chicken soup or no fat sour cream.

This is one of my family's very favorite dinners. One of the best things about this recipe is how easy it is to adjust to your own tastes. I entered it in with my true ingredients, which are SPICY! If you don't like it super spicy, adjust your ratio of Sweet Thai chili sauce (found in the grocery store asian food section) and the spicy Sambal Oelek (found in the same section). Try 1/4 cup of sambal oelek and 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce. Also very good with skinless chicken thighs, trimmed. To do this you can cut the zucchini boats into smaller pieces after they have cooked. You can also substitute vegetables and herbs of your choice in this recipe. You can use cooking spray on the baking pan in place of the olive oil.

This is an easy and delicious one pot meal. The number of servings seems rather weird, but that is how many 2 cup servings we got. I see that the sodium value is pretty high. There is no way to note it when entering nutrition information, but you rinse the chickpeas which lowers the sodium considerably. Of course you can also reduce the amount of salt you add to lower it even further! If you have left over butternut squash that is already cooked it cuts down the recipe time to less than 30 minutes, just skip the first step and proceed with recipe. Enjoy!Submitted by: LILYGIRL83

This a remade grilled cheese and french fry meal from any typical restaurant. I love grilled cheese but it typically has no nutritional value as it's just bread and cheese! The beans in this re-made grilled cheese add fiber and protein. The brown mustard adds a glue to cheese and gives the sandwich an unexpected tang! The sweet potatoes are much better than normal white potatoes and they are roasted in the oven instead of deep fried. The nutritional information will change based on the brands you use - I am entering the brands I used obviously!

FYI - I've also made this with plain beans that I spiced up myself with a little salsa and mexican spices and then mashed. Feel free to do that if you don't have or like refried beans!Submitted by: LLBEAN75

These entered my life from the inside of a Land O' Lakes butter carton when I was probably about seven. Most people now know them as Magic Cookie Bars, but I retained the name my family has always known them by. We never used coconut because I'm allergic to it. I'm sure it could be vastly lightened up by using fat-free graham crackers and sweetened condensed milk, but I'm posting it the way I've made it for years, and will leave the lightening up to others who haven't known it full fat the way I do!
