This is something I created from what I had in the house it is easy to make and a crowd pleaser
quick, easy, filling - mix all ingrediets - be sure to drain the peas and tuna fish. Micro wave on high for 10 minutes or bake at 325 for 30 minutes. makes 3 - 1 cup servings
A wonderful dish my mom makes every year for christmas. layers of sauteed carrots, parsnips, and onions, alternating with fried flounder. a little ketchup brings a sweet zing.

Smells just like Mom's croquettes, made into a casserole instead of fried, with peas and sweet corn.
Found on a Keto site, but modified to lower some of the fat calories. Still low net carbs, and most from the broccoli.
Quick easy main dish for busy nights
protein packed, low fat dish. can replace mushrooms and corn with any vegetables (the original recipe called for a cup of sliced zucchinni). i just used what i had and it was easy and yummy!
