Deceptively Delicious Banana Bread

I realized half way through that I didnt have eggs, so I made it without. The recipe calls for 2 lg egg whites, but was perfectly fine with none. You can also use veg oil if you prefer. A great snack anytime of day, my 2 yr old loves it and has no idea there is cauliflower in it!!! We only eat a small slice as our serving size so that is what is calculated, you may eat more if you have it for breakfast though....enjoy!Submitted by: SARAHTHOMAS1

The sweetness of the roasted garlic pairs really nicely with the feta, and the egg yolk binds all of the flavors into one cohesive package. If you're squeamish about undercooked eggs or can't eat egg yolks, this probably isn't the recipe for you as I've tried it with the egg cooked differently and never found it as good.
