It's hard to distinguish this from the real stew with potatoes.

Filled with tender pork, potatoes and plenty of geen Chile, this is a classic New Mexican Green Chile Stew at it's best

For added panache, serve it in
bread bowls.

This is SOOO good! It is so easy to make and can go with anything! Eat with tortillas, put it on rice or your been burrito...even with your eggs in the morning. Endless possibilities. Make in a big batch and freeze.

Notes:
Round steak - cut into cubes
Garlic cloves - minced
4 medium potatoes - cubed
tomatoes - undrained
pepper - to taste

I used leftover smoked pork, shredded. Any pork will be fine.
