Green Smoothie (spinach, berries and apple)
1 serving of green vegetables, 2 servings of fruit and protein from plain yogurt make this a yummy and filling breakfast. I split this smoothie with my husband, but have also had the whole thing to myself. There are 2 servings in this entry for calculation's sake.
You can make this with many different fruits or vegetables, so far I've used spinach and rapini for the veg, and apples and frozen berries for the fruits.Submitted by: CATHYSIX
