Ground Turkey Picadinho
As a Brasilian, I grew up eating picadinho, a ground meat dish. This is a lighter version of picadinho, made with 94% ground turkey. I flavored it with mexican spices (cilantro, cumin, a dash of chilli powder and a pinch of cayenne).
Picadinho goes great inside a quesadilla, stuffed into a baked potato, served along side veggies and oven fries...Submitted by: MALUANOVA
