Cook your ground turkey, crumble it, and drain off excess grease. Cut up all your veggies, pretty much diced. Crack your eggs in a bowl, add your egg substitute. Throw everything in the bowl and whisk it up. Put 1/2 of it in your skillet (if you have one big enough) cook it up a bit, scramble it, - add 1/4 cup of your cheese, scramble it some more.
