A quick delicious fruit salad that's sure to please

A basic, egg-free marshmallow recipe jazzed up with coconut and rum extracts. I like to dye them blue sometimes for a tropical feel!

This is an adapted recipe for a classic Thanksgiving side dish. There is a little heavy cream and butter which gives a lot of richness and flavor, but not so much that it makes it an unhealthy dish.

This might seem like a lot of work for marshmallows, but it's actually pretty easy and fun, and the results taste SO MUCH better than bagged marshmallows.

Low-carb marshmallows

this is a variation on a family favorite

The original recipe for these fruity marshmallows comes from a vintage copy of "The Joys of Jell-O Recipe Book". I changed the method so that the marshmallows set firm (not like the mallow cream-like original)
