Chicken with Orange Miso Sauce
Ignore the fact that the ingredients say strawberry jam! You should use Smuckers Sugar Free Orange Marmalade. I was just too lazy to put in something with the same nutrition info but a different name!
If you have it, use a sweet, citrus-based vinegar for the sauce. If you don't have one, a rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar will work as a substitute. I steamed the chicken, but you may bake it or throw it in the slow cooker (though probably on low as honey has a tendency to burn).
The only problem is that I didn't really measure as I threw things in the saucepan! These are only rough estimates. Go by your own tastes; if you think it needs more or less of something, by all means, make the change!
