Morning Smoothie
This is the typical smoothie I have in the morning. Sometimes I will add an avocado, change the type of fruit juice, switch out yogurt for soymilk, or just change the frozen fruit mix, but this is simple enough to whip up when I need a burst of energy from fresh fruit ASAP. But coupled with a slice of wg toast, this is nice and balanced meal, and just tastes so wonderfully good for you!
