This recipe is one that I created after trying many different authentic middle eastern lamb dishes. It basically is my changes to the spices and ingredients until it was to my taste. If you are looking for a completely authentic recipe, this isn't it! I just thought I would share!
Also: This recipe is the one I use when cooking for just my partner and I, we usually end up with enough leftovers to eat the meal twice, most people would probably prefer more meat, so you may want to use 2 lbs instead of just 1.Submitted by: MADELINESHIMMY
