Small batch recipe. Glyphosate is as low as I can figure. You can add any nut butter you wish on top after cooked. I like to serve it with a nice stiff yogurt like Oikos and fruit. Try to get a ceramic coated waffle maker, the silicone coated one isn't doing your diet any favors. Not a fan of added sugars here either.
