Individual Chicken Pot Pies with Puff Pastry Crust
Makes 6 individual chicken pot pies - if desired, assemble pies but do not add egg wash, cool and freeze. Prior to baking, thaw and brush tops with egg mixture. Bake according to instructions.
I made these and froze them ahead of carpal tunnel surgery so there would be easy quick meals for my husband to make without much effort on busy days.
